1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using HarperFlow (the “service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
2. The service
HarperFlow researches, writes, quality-audits, and publishes cited articles to the CMS platforms you connect. Every scheduled article reaches you in a veto digest first — nothing publishes without your visibility, and you may skip, approve, reschedule, or publish each item.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the right to connect any site or CMS you authorize us to publish to.
4. Trials, subscriptions & billing
- The free trial lasts 7 days and includes 3 full articles. A payment card is required to start it.
- Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. One free trial per site.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch HarperFlow.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Only delivered, publish-ready articles count against your monthly quota, and unused articles do not roll over.
- You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Violate the terms of any connected platform or third party.
- Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
6. Content & ownership
You retain ownership of the content you provide and of the articles published to your sites. You are responsible for reviewing content before it goes live — the veto digest exists for exactly this purpose. You grant us the limited rights needed to generate and publish content on your behalf.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Our quality benchmark is a measured internal figure, not a promise about your search rankings, traffic, or business results. We do not guarantee that any article will be ranked, quoted, or surfaced by any search or AI engine.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarperFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
