GEO content autopilot

Ranking #1 means nothing if AI won’t say your name.

HarperFlow runs your whole blog on autopilot — discovering topics, writing cited articles in your voice, and publishing to your CMS — engineered so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI quote you by name. You veto anything before it goes live.

The HarperFlow dashboard with autopilot running: four articles already written and queued for review — Shopify POS, Google Ads and HubSpot guides — each skippable before it publishes, because nothing goes live silently.
The shift

Search stopped ranking pages. It started quoting answers.

ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews don’t hand your customer ten blue links anymore — they read the web, write one answer, and cite a handful of sources by name. If you’re not one of them, you’re not in the conversation. Being #1 on a results page no one scrolls to is worth less every month.

The engine

Watch a keyword become
a cited article.

You give it a topic. A multi-agent research-and-writing team does the rest — and you never touch a keyboard. Here’s the whole loop, end to end.

The quality bar

Every article carries
its own evidence.

Before a draft ever reaches you, an independent judge — a separate model from the one that wrote it, so it is never grading its own homework — scores it across six measurable dimensions. Anything below the bar is rewritten automatically, free of charge.

Built for the post-slop era — fewer, deeper, cited articles, not a thousand thin pages.

The veto

Autopilot you can overrule.

Nothing goes live silently. Before publish day you get one email digest — skip, approve with a visible publish time, reschedule, or publish now. Do nothing and the scheduled items still ship, because you already saw them coming.

You hold the off switch. Approve drafts in the digest or skip them with a single click — full control, zero surprises, no notification fatigue.

Your voice

It writes in your voice, not a template’s.

During onboarding HarperFlow reads your existing site — learning your tone, your positioning, the things you’d never say — and drafts in it. You review and correct what it learned before a single article is written.

And it doesn’t drift over time. Brand-voice fidelity is one of the six audit dimensions every draft is scored against — so when a sentence starts sounding like generic marketing copy, it gets caught and rewritten before it reaches you.

You hold the pen on what it learned — corrected once, applied everywhere.

The Brain

A content brain that gets smarter across every site you run.

Every other tool treats each site in isolation. HarperFlow keeps one shared memory across your whole portfolio — so brand voice, topic coverage, and editorial taste compound instead of resetting. For agencies and multi-brand operators, that’s the difference between ten disconnected blogs and one growing system.

Shared brand voice

Learned once, applied per site — and corrected once, everywhere.

Pooled editorial taste

A veto on one site teaches the system what to avoid on the next.

A cluster only counts as a gap when no site you own has covered it — so the next topic is chosen for the portfolio, never duplicated across it.

Run one site or fifty — the brain only gets sharper as you add them, and the bill stays a single line per client.

The output

This is what lands on your site.

Not a wall of thin text. Every article ships cited sources, snippet-ready TL;DR takeaways, an 8-question FAQ block, styled tables and blockquotes, a sticky table of contents, and an author card — structured so AI can quote it and humans actually want to read it.

Every article ships with
  • Cited sources

8–12 named, real references inline — the thing answer engines verify before they quote you.

  • Snippet-ready TL;DR

Takeaways written at the exact length an AI assistant lifts into its answer.

  • 8-question FAQ

A semantic block that answers what people actually ask assistants — structured to be parsed.

  • Styled tables & blockquotes

Comparisons, do/don’t cards and pull-quotes — formatting that reads, not a wall of text.

  • Sticky table of contents

Long-form that humans can navigate and machines can map section by section.

  • A real author card

Byline, bio and share — the authorship signals that make a page trustworthy.

Structured so an answer engine can quote it — and crafted so a human wants to read it to the end. That’s the difference between content and AI slop.

Proof, not the promise

We only show numbers we can measure honestly.

No invented traffic claims. No borrowed customer logos. No fake testimonials. The proof is the work itself — real citations, a visible quality score, and an independent audit on every article before it reaches you.

Cited sources per article, FAQ coverage, and the share that passes the independent audit first time — measured in-product. And where we can’t yet measure something honestly (traffic, AI-visibility tracking), we say so instead of inventing a chart.

The closed loop

We wrote it, we published it — and AI quotes it.

A monitoring tool tells you where you’re invisible. A writer hands you a draft. HarperFlow is the only one that does both ends: it publishes the article and then it shows up, cited by name, in the answer.

Founder, HarperFlow

Why we built HarperFlow

I was tired of choosing between consistency and quality.

Search changed under everyone’s feet. The traffic that used to come from ranking started going to a single AI answer that names a few sources and moves on. Most “AI content” tools answered that shift by making it cheaper to flood the web with thin, unverifiable pages — exactly the thing the answer engines (and Google’s own updates) now punish.

We built HarperFlow for the opposite world: fewer, deeper, genuinely cited articles, written in your voice, graded by an independent judge, and published on a rhythm — with you holding the off switch. Automation you can actually trust, because nothing goes live without your say-so.

FAQ

The honest answers.

No invented stats. No fine print.

What is GEO, and how is it different from SEO?

GEO is Generative Engine Optimization (AEO, Answer Engine Optimization, is its sibling). AI engines like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity do not rank pages — they quote content they can verify and attribute. HarperFlow ships every article with named citations, snippet-sized TL;DRs, FAQ coverage, and clean semantic structure so it can be quoted.

Is this just generic AI content?

No. Every article is scored by an independent AI judge across six dimensions — factual grounding, citation quality, brand-voice fidelity, GEO optimization, writing quality, and formatting — before you ever see it. Anything that misses the bar is rewritten automatically, and you hold the veto on everything.

How do you actually check quality?

An independent AI judge scores every draft across the six dimensions above. Our internal benchmark is an average of 84.9 out of 100 across a 15-article audited cohort — a benchmark, not a promise about your traffic. We only ever show numbers we can measure honestly.

Will the content sound like my brand?

Yes. During onboarding, HarperFlow learns your brand voice from your own site, then writes in it. You can review what it learned and correct anything before a single article is written. Brand-voice fidelity is also one of the six audit dimensions, so drift gets caught.

Do I lose control of what gets published?

Never. Nothing goes live silently. Every scheduled article arrives in a veto digest first — skip it, approve it with a visible publish time, publish it now, or reschedule it. If you do nothing, scheduled articles publish at their slot anyway, because you already saw them coming.

Which platforms do you publish to?

Webflow, WordPress, Shopify and Wix — all live, all built on their official APIs. HarperFlow maps to a collection you already have, creates a ready-made 33-field collection in one click, or adds only the missing fields to an existing one. It will not change your site’s design — articles inherit your fonts and accent color.

What does the free trial include?

7 days and 3 full articles, scheduling included. It is $0 today, though a card is required — cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged. One free trial per site.

What if an article fails the quality audit?

A make-up run is dispatched automatically, at no extra cost. Only delivered, publish-ready articles count against your monthly quota. Unused articles do not roll over — quotas reset each billing cycle.

How do payments and cancellation work?

Payments are handled by Stripe — your card details never touch HarperFlow. Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal; cancel before your trial ends and you will not be charged.
